J.F.T. Maintenance Services Limited takes great pride in its recent project at The King's Head, one of the most historically significant pubs in Essex. With parts of this remarkable structure dating back nearly 450 years, it stands as a testament to the rich heritage of the region. The main building, an exquisite example of half-timbered construction, was erected in the 17th century using reclaimed timbers from old ships, showcasing the craftsmanship and resourcefulness of that era.
As part of our commitment to preserving the integrity of such a storied establishment, JFT has undertaken crucial maintenance work, including building essential support structures to enhance the building's stability. In addition, we constructed and installed internal hoarding to ensure the safety of patrons while protecting them from potential hazards such as exposed needles and props that could arise during ongoing renovations. Our efforts not only contribute to the preservation of a treasured local landmark but also ensure that it remains a welcoming and safe gathering place for the community.

In addition, altro flooring were replaced in the back of house and kitchen area. Multiple teams were required to complete project to a high standards and under tight time constraints.

J.F.T. Maintenance Services completed roofing repairs on a historical building in Middleton, St Mary's Church. Refurbishment of front elevation, high and low level roofs. Project was completed on-time, in-budget, and to exceptionally high standards in with English Heritage.

This included planning & design, development and construction; deploying various trade teams such as plumbing, electrical, flooring, decorating and drainage engineers to ensure the project was completed under budget and within strict time constraints
