Office help-desk assistant
Location: West Winch, PE33
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 9 am -5 pm, 5 days per week plus 1 every 4 weekends (remote work on weekends)
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact and deliver high-level customer service to our Clients;
• Processing Client bookings;
• Responding to Client enquiries via telephone and email, taking ownership of a query to ensure it is resolved;
• Supporting our Planning department by assisting with their enquiries;
• Build and maintain good rapport with the Clients and our Planning department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
